2-3 beets
1 cup grapfruit juice (fresh or frozen)
Spring Water
Wash and peel beets. You may want to soak the beets in a few drops of food-grade
hyrogen peroxide beforehand. Juice in juicer adding 1 part beet to 2 parts grapefruit.
Dilute with 1 part water and serve immediately. Bubbly water is also a very refreshing
alternative, but use sparingly because carbonation eats up oxygen in the cells.
