Jo-Ann's Tofu Curry
3-4 cloves garlic
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 tbs. olive oil
3-4 potatos sliced in strips or 1 cup lotus root (sliced)
1 cup broccoli floweret
1 cup King Curry sauce
1 cup water
1/2 lb. firm tofu
In a soup pot over low heat, saute both garlic and onions in oil. Add potatos or lotus
root, broccoli and curry sauce; cook for approx. 10 min. add water as needed; add tofu.
Simmer 15 minutes. Serve with rice. Approx. 4 servings.
